Why Solix Listings Flat Fee Programs

At Solix Listings, we believe home sellers deserve a choice. For years, the only real option for selling a home meant handing over five or six percent of the sale price in commission, no matter how much of the work you were willing to do yourself. We started Solix Listings to change that. Founded by licensed Oklahoma broker Hall Smith, our mission is simple: give OKC metro sellers the tools, exposure, and expertise of a full brokerage, while letting them keep more of their hard-earned equity.

We saw too many homeowners paying full commission for a sale they could have largely handled themselves, and just as many who wanted full-service help but balked at the cost. So we built two paths. Sell it yourself for a flat fee, with professional photography, staging guidance, full MLS exposure, and the same marketing the big brokerages use. Or let us handle everything from contract to close, also for one flat fee. Either way, you get expert support and you keep thousands more of your equity.

We're local, we're licensed, and we know the OKC metro market. Whether you're a confident do-it-yourself seller or you want a professional in your corner for every step, Solix Listings gives you a smarter, more affordable way to sell, without sacrificing the exposure and expertise that get homes sold.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hall and Teresa helped us sell our first home in 2020. They did an amazing job of staging and listing it, and the whole process was so smooth. We definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would give Hall and Teresa Smith 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking for a realtor in the Edmond/OKC area than look no further. They are the BEST!!! My original buyer backed out unexpectedly and needless to say I panicked. Thankfully both Hall and Teresa helped me through this hiccup and ultimately my house sold at a higher price than it had originally. They are very nice and extremely knowledgeable in both the buying and selling of your home, and they sincerely care about you. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this awesome team!!! I highly recommend.
